
Over the past decade, I have had the chance to design and teach a myriad of courses in subjects such as American and British Literature, Russian/Soviet Literature and Culture, Rhetoric and Composition, Creative Writing, Visual Studies, Modernism, Poetry/Poetics, Literary Theory, and English as a Foreign Language. In addition to my university teaching, I have worked with students one-on-one and in small-group courses through One Step Ahead Education (Shanghai, China) and served as an admissions essay consultant at School Searchers (Needham, MA) and educational consultant at College MatchPoint (Austin, TX). I tutor a number of private clients and provide freelance content writing and developmental editing services.
